In my experience the exciting, horny lady smells you find on knicker gussets do indeed differ from one lady to another.
but I don't know if it is possible to, as it were, devise some sort of system of 'classification'.

I think it depends more on what she's done in them. "Normal" useage will smell very different to a pair of knickers worn for a day & a night that she's masturbated in. My favourites are knickers that a girl has wet herself in or where she's not wiped her bottom properly.
